Cold Heading

Heading Plant and Roll Plant Additions:

• Construction of a new 68,313sf Roll Plant Addition with a new (3) position recessed truck dock & covered recycling container dock onto the Plant #1 portion of the existing building.

• Construction of a new 81,229sf Heading Plant Addition onto the Plant #2 portion of the existing building.

• Construction of a new 3,333sf pedestrian & fork lift Connector Link between the new Roll Plant Addition and the new Heading Plant Addition.

• Interior renovation of the Plant #1 portion of the building including new production offices, removal of a select portion of the existing exterior wall panels, construction of a new dividing wall between the roll addition and the rest of the plant, and construction of a new (2) position truck dock & new at grade overhead door along the existing south wall.

• Interior renovation of the Plant #2 portion of the building including a tool room expansion, new production office, new women’s restroom & locker room, new employee break room, and a men’s restroom & locker room renovation.

Corporate Office Addition:

• Construction of a new 10,527sf single story office addition.

• Construction of a new 1,010sf enclosed link structure connecting the new office to the Roll Plant portion of the existing manufacturing building.

• Construction of a new 3,761sf Machine Rebuild addition to the Heading Plant portion of the existing manufacturing building.

• New exterior concrete employee break patio & sidewalks.

• New building entrance apron, sidewalk, & landscaping.

• New exterior, ground mounted, screen fence.

• New parking lot & entrance drive.

• Construction of new and modification of existing stormwater drainage systems.

• Relocation of existing digital corporate sign.
