Construction of a new 67,158sf Flammable & Combustible Liquid Warehouse addition to existing warehouse & distribution building. Scope includes:

• Construction of interior concrete block fire walls within the new addition so as to provide multiple hazardous liquid storage warehouses.

• Installation of a mechanical explosion prevention system for storage of flammable liquid commodities.

• Construction of a new unisex restroom within the new addition.

• Expansion & modification of existing storm water detention system on site.
