Construction of a new 25,730sf, two story, building addition to the existing furniture store building. Project consists of:

• 11,971sf of new ground floor furniture showroom/sales area.

• 1,510sf new ground floor stock room.

• 10,567sf of new second floor furniture showroom/sales area.

• New elevator to serve existing & new ground floor areas, existing second floor & new second floor levels.

• New truck dock area.
