Renovations of existing warehouse for new distillery:

• Production/storage areas.

• Fire rated storage areas for flammable distilled spirits.

• New ADA compliant restroom.

• Replacement of exiting stairs for code compliant egress.

Construction of a new indoor/outdoor restaurant & event facility:

• 2,448sf of indoor event space, restrooms, bar and warming kitchen for catering use.

• 594sf of covered outdoor patio dining area.

• 2,571sf of outdoor courtyard event space adjacent to the new building and surrounded with masonry walls and wrought iron fencing.

• 400 sf detached, covered, open outdoor bar area.
